1. Bank Transfer Order
   We confirm payments at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on business days.
   Payments made outside business hours will be confirmed sequentially on the next business day.
2. PayPal & Credit Card Order
   It will be reflected immediately after payment is completed.
3. About Tracking Information
   After the product is shipped, it may take up to 3 business days for the tracking number to be updated in the system.
4. In case of undelivered products.
   If the product does not arrive even after 1 month from your payment, please be sure to contact our customer service.
